We were very happy with finally getting this property sold and extremely happy with Kevin Regan.
He really kept at it and finally got the result particularly as there were a limited amount of buyers looking for such a property.
Kevins local knowledge of the market was a very important part of our sale.
Kevin had an offer on the table within 48hrs of listing which unfortunately didn’t come to fruition but had another offer for more money within a couple of days of the initial offer falling through.

I has a reasonably large house and land holding in Cardup that is due to be rezoned to 1 hectare lots but still hasn't received Council approvals. Kevin approached land developers and after a lengthy appraisal period Kevin secured an experienced developer to make an offer which was slightly under our preferred valuation but close enough that I eventually accepted. The sale has now settled to every ones satisfaction. I highly recommend Kevin for his local property knowledge and his friendly and trustworthy character and demeanor.
